- Because there can be no errors in personalized printing, telephone conversations are discouraged and are not binding. Communications should be sent via email so there is a written record.
- Decision making cannot be delegated from the Customer to Explicitly Yours staff. The Customer is solely responsible for placing an order according to the customer's needs in a manner that coincides with our advertised printing capabilities.
- Customers are solely responsible for selecting pencil and print colors. Strong contrast is the most legible. For eg. white print on red pencils is strong contrast and is desirable, while light pink print on lavender pencils is very weak contrast and should be avoided. Pencil color pantones are provided in the link called Pencil Descriptions & Colors located at the top of every web page.
- Customers are solely responsible for selecting fonts that match their needs and personalities.
- Pricing is NOT negotiable, and Purchase Orders are not accepted.
- BIDS are produced by the website, not staff.
- All changes or corrections must be completed in writing via email so there is a record of the change and a timeline of when the change was requested. Changes cannot be made once printing has commenced.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed AFTER the order has shipped.
