Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

All sales are final.
Personalized products are unique and cannot be resold. No returns. No refunds. Orders cannot be cancelled after printing starts. Changes must be submitted via email prior to the start of printing.

If we make an error
If Explicitly Yours™ makes a printing error, we will correct our mistake and reship at our expense. We retain a sample from every order to verify what was printed.

Shipping: Date Guaranteed Delivery

• Orders must pay rush fees and select USPS Express Overnight Shipping for date guaranteed delivery.
• Explicitly Yours™ cannot date guarantee delivery on non-rush orders or orders that select USPS Parcel Post, First Class or Priority shipping.
