ALL communication must be in writing via email because personalized printing must be error-free. This means that there are no phone conversations to avoid mistakes or miscommunication.1. Exact color matches are not available.
2. Only pencils in current inventory are available and they are pictured on this website.
3. Staff cannot make decisions for Customers regarding fonts, pencil or print color combinations. Select the strongest possible contrast available between pencil & print colors. Fine lined fonts need far greater contrast than bold fonts.
4. We do not work with logos.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

Personalized products are unique and cannot be resold. No returns. No refunds. Orders cannot be cancelled after printing starts. Changes must be submitted via email prior to the start of printing.
If we make an error
If Explicitly Yours™ makes a printing error, we will correct our mistake and reship at our expense. We retain a sample from every order to verify what was printed.
