This website contains an enormous amount of helpful ordering information so that customers can be as independent as possible in placing orders. We can't print pencils and talk on the telephone simultaneously, and our passion and preference is printing pencils. Please read the order page for instructions, as well as, the Q&A page before emailing or telephoning.

Orders, changes and corrections cannot be authorized by telephone. All changes must be in writing via email to avoid errors or confusion. Changes must be submitted prior to the start of printing.
