The Basics

• This website only sells pencils by the dozen in small orders up to 45 dozen pencils.
• 1 dozen = 12 pencils
• 1 quantity in the shopping cart = 1 dozen pencils.

The price per dozen includes:

• One identical text line, printed once per pencil.
• One metallic print color.
• ARIAL UPPERCASE=CAPITAL LETTERING FONT.
• There must be at least three letters in the text.
• M's and W's count as two characters each because they are double wide letters.

The price per dozen does not include:

sharpening, which is not available.

Dates look best with periods rather than hyphens or slashes.

For an additional fee of $7.99 per dozen, Rush Service moves error free orders to the front of the printing queue and ships by the end of the next business day using whatever shipping speed and method is selected by the Customer.

Restrictions apply:

• To qualify for Rush Service, all personalized items in the shopping cart must pay for rush service and the order must be error free.
  
  
• Rush Service is not available on orders with more than two different fonts or orders with three lines of text on a dozen.
  
  
• Only USPS Express Overnight Shipping is date guaranteed delivery.

• Only use punctuation that is available for the selected font.
  
  
• Have strong contrast between the pencil & lettering colors
  Fine lined fonts must have very strong contrast. Bold fonts do not have to have strong contrast, but it helps legibility.
  
  
• Check your email within 24 hours of placing the order in case errors are found that need correction prior to printing.
