- Production time is typically 1-4 days; orders with more than two fonts may take longer to ship.
Ordering Instructions
- The price includes:
- 10pt Arial UPPERCASE ONLY lettering
- Type text in with UPPERCASE lettering to avoid production delays
- One text line with up to 30 characters including spaces & punctuation and
there must be at least three letters in the text - M's and W's count as two characters each
- White and Matte Gold lettering work best
Rush Service
- For an additional fee of $7.99 per dozen, rush service provides that:
- Error free orders ship by the end of the next business day. Restrictions apply:
- Every personalized item in the shopping cart must be designated rush to qualify.
- Rush service does not apply to orders with more than two fonts or dozens with three lines of text.
Punctuation
- Punctuation available is . = # , ( ) - /
Not available: exclamation mark !, apostrophes ' or ampersands &.
Errors To Avoid
- Text lines longer than the pencil
- Submitting lowercase letters in the text.
- Using punctuation that is not available.
