- One dozen = 12 pencils, and the minimum order is one dozen personalized pencils.
- Production time is commonly less than 4 days once errors are corrected.
- Pencils are USA made, #2 lead, excellent quality, wood cased pencils (with the only exception being Chinese coloring pencils).
- Every order is unique & custom!
- Combine the exterior pencil colors of your choice per dozen
- One print color must work on all pencils in the dozen
- A dozen must be either hexagonal or round pencils, not both.
- Use only existing products & services from the website, if you don't see a product or service on the website, then it's not available.
- Place an order for a dozen but email the actual pencil colors for the dozen immediately before or after placing the order. Once printing occurs, the order can no longer be changed.
- There is an additional charge for orders that contain more than three different hexagonal fonts in the entire order. It is a set-up charge representing the additional time needed to complete the order.
- ERRORS TO AVOID
- Weak contrast between pencil and print colors.
- Customers are responsible for selecting colors and fonts.
- Submitted text must exactly match the advertised uppercase, lowercase & punctuation capabilities of the selected font.
- Rush service begins when orders are error free.
