Errors To Avoid

• Submit text that matches the upper or lowercase capability of the selected font
• Only use punctuation that is available for the selected font
• Have strong contrast between the pencil & lettering colors
• Check your email within 24 hours of placing the order in case errors are found that need correction prior to printing.

• #2 lead, wood-cased, 1st quality pencils
• Sold in sets of 12 pencils, so 1 quantity in the shopping cart = 12 pencils
• Order hexagonal pencils in a single color or assorted colors so long as
  one lettering color works on all pencils in a dozen.
• Production time is typically 1-4 days; orders with more than two fonts may take longer to ship.
  

• One identical text line, printed once.
• One metallic print color.
• One font per dozen. Fonts are displayed following the link above entitled Fonts.
• NO more than five words per text line, but there must be at least three letters in the text.
• Text length depends on the selected font, but generally each text line up to 32 characters including spaces and punctuation, with M's and W's counting as two characters each.
• Use only punctuation that the website states is available for the selected fonts. Punctuation is listed in the FONTS sections.
• Matte White and matte colored print is exclusively available using the ARIAL - UPPERCASE ONLY font.

Personalized Satin Ribbon

Offer Includes:
• 3/8 inch wide satin ribbon with many print ribbon and print colors to choose from.
• Ribbon will be approximately 2 feet in length, more than enough to wrap around one dozen pencils.
• One text line printed repetitively for the length of the ribbon.
• We'll select a font that closely matches your font. Ribbon fonts are different than pencil fonts.

Rush Service

• To qualify for Rush Service, all personalized items in the shopping cart must pay for rush service and the order must be error free.
• Rush Service is not available on orders with more than two different fonts or dozens with three lines of text.
