All Orders by the Dozen and Accessories ship United States Postal Service (USPS) only within the USA.
All Orders by the Gross & Pencil Vending Machine products ship United Parcel Service (UPS) only within the USA.

Important Notes
• The website is set-up to only calculate USPS shipping and NOT UPS shipping. It can't do both; we wish it could but the software can't handle it. So, the right UPS shipping charge for Orders by the Gross will be manually calculated after an order is submitted. If the proper UPS shipping charge is not accepted, then the order will be cancelled.
  
  
• Orders by the Gross must be placed completely separately from Orders by the Dozen & orders for accessories such as erasers and sharpeners.
  
  
• If an Order by the Dozen fits and can safely ship in a USPS Priority Flat Rate box or envelope, then a shipping charge will be reduced to reflect the flat rate. The shopping cart cannot calculate when the flat rate box is appropriate, so there are instances where a huge USPS shipping charge appears that will be manually reduced to the USPS Priority Flat Rate box rate (with insurance and signature required for delivery) after the order is placed.
  
  
• Shipping is a drop down menu during checkout. Click the right arrow to see different USPS shipping options.
  
  
• Only USPS Express Overnight shipping for Orders by the Dozen is date guaranteed delivery. It can be two day service to some zip codes.
  
  
• Explicitly Yours is not liable for delayed delivery if USPS Parcel Post, USPS First Class or USPS Priority shipping is selected by the customer for Orders by the Dozen.
  
  
• Shipping is not included in the price of products or services unless stated so on the website.
  
  
• All orders ship Signature Required for Delivery.
  
  
• Orders are shipped to one USA address only once. No partial shipments unless multiple shipping fees are paid.
  
  
• Returned shipments for any reason other than our error in addressing the label (this has not occurred yet) incur a new shipping and handling fee.
  
  
• After an order has shipped we will email notice thereof, and in the case of Orders by the Dozen, a USPS tracking number will be provided. Once shipping has occurred, the shipping address cannot be changed.
  
  
• Local pick-up is not available. All orders ship via a carrier as noted above.

USPS SHIPPING SPEEDS for Orders by the Dozen

USPS Parcel Post
6-10 days. This is the slowest method. It is not date guaranteed delivery.

USPS Priority
2-4 days. This is not date guaranteed delivery. Priority Flat Rate boxes may apply but the website will not give it as an option.

USPS Express Overnight
1-2 day delivery depending on the recipient's zip code. This is date guaranteed service. Express Overnight Flat Rate Envelope applies to orders with unsharpened pencils and less than 5 dozen pencils with nothing else in the order.

UPS SHIPPING INFORMATION for Orders by the Gross &
Pencil Vending Machine products

UPS Ground is the default shipping method.
At this time, the website cannot calulate UPS charges, so at checkout, please select USPS Priority shipping to ensure the order is adequately funded and we will manually calculate and adjust downwards the shipping fee charged. If the shipping fee is underfunded, we will contact customers to get authorization to manually charge the credit card the amount to adequately fund shipping.

UPS 2Day and UPS Next Day Air
These services are available for an additional fee that will have to be manually calculated. Customers will need to contemporaneously with the order submission send us an email stating that an expedited shipping method is desired. If the email is not sent at the time the order is submitted, errors are likely to occur, and the error would be that the order is shipped UPS Ground and not expedited.
