  • Shipping is not included in the price of personalized pencils or accessories unless the order qualifies for the Free Shipping Offer. The shipping fee paid is to ship to one address, once per order. Our shipper is the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Signature Required for Delivery & Insurance.

      Canadian Customers


        Three shipping options are currently offered and each takes approximately 6-10 business days:

        • The USPS Small Flat Rate Box holds up to 3 dozen personalized pencils (no coloring pencil sets).
        • A USPS non-flat rate box for up to two coloring sets and personalized pencils.
        • The USPS Medium Flat Rate Box accommodates personalized pencils and a up to six coloring pencil sets and personalized pencils.

          Email the basic contents of the order in advance if you are not sure which shipping option to select. Orders selecting any non-Canadian shipping option will not be accepted unless the order is shipping within the USA.





    Notes
    • Orders possessed by the United States Postal Service cannot be retrieved or altered in any way by Explicitly Yours™. Explicitly Yours™ ships FOB Sherman Oaks, California. This means that once the United States Postal Service has possession of your package, our responsibility and liability for your order ceases.


    • Explicitly Yours™ is not liable for damages due to delayed delivery. Customers are provided a USPS tracking # for orders and are responsible for contacting their local post office for delivery or hold information.


    • In the event that an order is returned to Explicitly Yours "Unclaimed" from the Customer's local post office, then Customers must pre-pay a new shipping & handling fee, plus a reprocessing fee for a new shipment.


    • Local Pick-up is suspended for the Christmas holiday rush. It will resume in the new year.


    USPS Domestic Shipping Speeds



    USPS Parcel Post
    6-10 mailing days. This is the slowest delivery method. It is not date guaranteed delivery.

    USPS Priority
    Typically 2-4 mailing days for delivery. This is not date guaranteed delivery. Priority Flat Rate boxes may be usable resulting in reduced shipping & handling charges.

    USPS Express Overnight
    1-2 mailing day delivery depending on the recipient's zip code. This is date guaranteed service. Express Overnight Flat Rate Envelope applies to orders with unsharpened pencils and less than 5 dozen pencils with nothing else in the order.
