- Ferrules are brass and erasers are standard red.

Ordering Instructions
- The price includes:
- 10pt Arial font in UPPERCASE ONLY LETTERING
- Type text in UPPERCASE letters to avoid production delays
- One text line with up to 25 characters including spaces & punctuation
- M's and W's count as two characters each
- There must be at least five letters in the text.
Note: Shipping is not included in the price. Shipping is to one address, once.
Rush Service
- For an additional fee of $7.99 per dozen, rush service provides:
- Error free orders ship by the end of the next business day. Restrictions apply:
- Every personalized item in the shopping cart must be designated rush to qualify.
- Rush service does not apply to orders with more than two fonts or dozens with three text lines.
